My research on collective consciousness through community practice continues to yield rich insights. I have now conducted 20+ interviews with long-term Auroville residents. The common thread: the shift from 'I' to 'we' happens not through ideology but through shared daily practice — working together in the kitchen, maintaining the gardens, resolving conflicts through dialogue. One participant described it as 'the slow alchemy of doing things together.' I am now beginning the thematic analysis phase and would welcome collaborators. The anonymized transcripts will be available in the Researchers group next week.
