CIRHU & Auroville
CIRHU is embedded in Auroville — the City of Dawn — a UNESCO-recognised international experiment in human unity located in Tamil Nadu, South India.
Founded in 1968 on the vision of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother (Mirra Alfassa), Auroville is a living laboratory where people from 60+ nations live together, transcending national and cultural boundaries in a shared experiment in consciousness evolution.
