Happy to announce progress on my research: "Movement as a Platform for Human Connection." I have been running movement sessions where participants start with a short questionnaire about how movement helps people connect, followed by guided dance, and then paired reflection. The results so far show that moving together before talking creates a natural space for deeper connection — people share more openly after sharing physical space.
