The Body Space research continues to unfold. We are exploring the physical body, the physical mind, and the mind of the cells — a tripartite model that has been developing through years of practice within CIRHU and the broader Auroville context. A key insight from this week's session: when we bring conscious attention to a specific part of the body, the quality of awareness in that area shifts measurably. Participants reported feeling a "release" followed by heightened sensitivity. This suggests the body's cells have their own form of consciousness that responds to directed attention.
